Woman strips naked, knocks on doors

Police arrested Tiffany Ramirez, 28, early in the morning of March 6 for public intoxication after they found her passed out in front of 260 Farrell Ave., the spot where she apparently chose to rest after allegedly stripping her clothes off and knocking on people's doors. A neighbor called police about 3:30 a.m. to report the disturbance.

i wonder what else is new with drunk college girls...
